On the 18th September, Ken and Donna hosted six friends for a dinner in their home after winning the bid at our Hirepool Charity Golf Classic fundraiser, held at the Wanaka Golf Club earlier this year. Chef, Chris Wright, gave his time for free, Maude Wines assisted with the wine, Cardrona Distillery gave a bottle of gin to kick the night off, and UCCMT committee members, Laurel, Jan (and daughter-in-law, Mei) and Dave, helped out with the preparation, serving and clean-up. Chris produced an amazing, eight course, Asian themed dinner, and a great night was had by all involved.
